Stephen brings to Silas von Morisse Gallery considerable experience working in the New York City art community. After completing his education in fine arts, he began his professional career as a Freelance Fine Art Restorer with two conservation studios in Manhattan. He entered the contemporary gallery world as Manager at Marlborough Gallery followed by Pace Gallery, where he was Director of Art Services. He ran the artist cooperative gallery, M55 in Long Island City, before becoming Director of Operations for Paul Kasmin Gallery. Stephen leveraged his extensive gallery experience as Director at Cirkers Fine Art, a logistics company, followed by General Manager for Artex Fine Art, which was ultimately acquired by Crozier Fine Art, where he became Senior General Manager of the Northeast Region, overseeing operations at nine storage and logistics facilities.
